Description

Rose's Grove lends its name to a area of land on the map near where Noyac Road passes Fresh Pond and Wooley Pond in the North Sea section of Southampton. Much of the property in the area was used as vacation and resort property, due to the area's proximity to Peconic Bay. The card here describes amenities at a resort like property operated by "Raynor, Proprietor," between June and October, and notes the facilities are located on Peconic Bay, which Noyac Road runs parallel to in the area. This item was lent for scanning purposes by the McGuirk family.
