Sale of parcel of swamp, lying in the Great Swamp [Division], at the northerly end of Hook Pond, in East Hampton Township, N.Y., by Joseph Hicks, yeoman, to Nathaniel Huntting, clerk; January 1, 1732/3. 1/4 acre and 15 poles parcel, sold for 20 shillings, bounded on the north by swamp of Samuel Parson's heirs, on the south by swamp formerly owned by Enoch Fithian, on the west by land of Nathaniel Huntting, and on the east "a way into the [Eastern] Plains;" witnessed by Samuel Hudson and Benjamin Eyre.
