This aerial view of the Southeastern corner of Hog Creek is dated 1963. Hog Creek runs inland from Gardiner's Bay, just north of Sammy's Beach. Other maps in the same collection of Stuart Vorpahl's are dated from November 1963. Stuart's note in the top corner reads " Nov 1963 Hog Creek SE Corner Shows original road on South Side of Hog Creek and extensive dredging and filling of marsh Lands. I can find no permits or permission from the Trustees for this activitiy. 17 Sept 1978 Stuart Vorpahl".
