Sale of 4 parcels [including two meadow parcels] throughout Southold Township, N.Y., by Josiah Youngs, yeoman, to Thomas Reeves, blacksmith; February 26, 1713/4. Four separate parcels for 65 pounds: first, a 28-acre parcel "lying at the north [illegible] of said town," bounded on the north by the [Long Island] Sound or North Sea..... Second, a 24-acre parcel "lying on the back side of said town," bounded on the north by land of William Salmon...third, a 4-acre parcel of meadow, bounded on the east by the Mill Pond...and fourth, a 1 1/2-acre parcel of meadow, bounded on the south by the Mill Creek...; witnessed by Carteret Gillam [?] and James Landon, executed by Suffolk County, N.Y. Justice of the Peace Benjamin Youngs.
