A very fragmented copy of the itemized account of a subdivision of lots near the vicinity of Springs made by the East Hampton Town Land Surveyors, circa 1740s. This copy shoudl really be one full sheet that had been folded many times, but the paper is so worn that it appears to almost be multiple pages. The document is missing pieces, and it appears somewhat illegible from all the wear.
