Smith for the Town Trustees in 1880. It was published by the Trustees in 1925, and it Recorded on February 26, 1880 at 12 o'clock by Orville B. Ackerly, Clerk on Liber 246 on page 256. This is the typed manuscript copy of the Trustees' chronological record of all deeds and transactions pertaining to Montauk from 1660-1879.
