Description

Ship log of the Richmond on its voyage to the Pacific from July 14, 1846 to August 2, 1849. This log was kept by the ship captain, Philander Winters. The log includes weather patterns, ship locations, and whaling information. The log also includes a stamped "Carta de Saude" and a Consulate Certificate of the United States.
