A combination of individual loose documents from Loose Documents Volume 1 and the similarly loose documents of "Book O." These are early municipal records from the Township of East Hampton. Entries are not in date order, and these documents were not intended to be part of a cohesive series, but dates are visible on most records, and continue through the late 1680s. Original order was maintained. A range of information is recorded, and the materials were unpublished and unbound. This material was in Loose Documents Volume 1 and Book O. The municipal records cover a range of topics from government actions and communications with the governor to taxation.
