Description

Richard T. Johnson was an important local resident in that he was a founding member of the "Concerned Citizens of Montauk," which opened up many avenues of improvement in the area in the late 20th century. This is an image of Johnson protesting the dissolution of the East Hampton Planning Department at an East Hampton Town Board meeting.
