Description
Caption on reverse reads: Changing a tire at the corner of Egypt Lane and Pantigo Road. Tires on the early model cars were not equipted with demontable rims. When a puncture or blow-out occured, which was often, the tire had to be pried off the wheel with tire irons. After the spare tire and tube had been forced back on the wheel, it was inflated with a hand pump. Copy by C. Frank Dayton.
