Lot 30, 30 1/2 poles, sold by Davis to Parsons for 6 shillings; witnessed by John Wick and Cornelius Conkling. Same parcel later sold by Parsons to Huntting; witnessed by Mary Gardiner and Nathaniel Mulford.
