Bequathments to his wife Anne, include 7 1/2 acre parcel of land purchased from Samuel Mulford, and negro girl "Flora," various household items; granddaughter Elizabeth Stanborough a feather bed; grandchildren Elisha, Lemuel and Priscilla Stanborough 50 shillings apiece upon coming of age or marriage (whichever first); grandchild Hobart Stanborough and daughter Margaret Sylvester both silver tumblers, as well as naming them joint executors of will; friend John Mulford named executor in trust until above named take over (addendum: small legacies to be left for children of daughter Elizabeth Stanborough). Witnessed before Thomas Chatfield, Robert Hudson, and John Wheeler Jr., proved before Suffolk County, N.Y.
