Sale of two parcels in East Hampton Township, N.Y., by Isaac Edwards and his wife, Ruth Edwards, to Thomas Edwards, February 19, 1806. First parcel's a woodland tract in Springs, of "¾ of 24 acres and ¼ undivided reckoning quantity & quality, Burnet Conkling owning the other ¼ part;" bounded on the west by the Old Accabonac Path, on the east and south by Isaac Barnes and Ezekiel Mulford and a highway, and on the north by land of Jonathan Schellinger. Second parcel's a 25-acre tract at Indian Wells, in Amagansett, bounded on the northwest by the highway, on the east by land of Isaac Barnes, on the south by the sand hills, and on the southwest by land of Philetus Osborn; both parcels sold for total of 206 pounds & 14 shillings; witnessed by Lewis Edwards and Silvanus Edwards.
