Sale of Horse Neck (Lloyd Neck, peninsula north of Huntington Village, N.Y., in Huntington Township, formerly in Queen's County), along with 2/3 share of a neck of meadows in Fort Neck (Massapequa, in Oyster Bay Township, N.Y.), collectively forming a manor, known as Queen's Village, from James and Grizzell (wife) Lloyd, merchant of Boston, to Thomas Palmer, merchant of same.
