Resurvey of tract on east side of highway that leads from Wolf Pit Hollow to the [Hempstead] Plains, in Oyster Bay Township, N.Y., by George Townsend, surveyor, for Justice Samuel Macoune [Macoun]; January 31, 1734/5. 108 acre tract, located in the Old Purchase, resurveyed by earlier surveyors and includes some smaller parcels; bounded on the northeast by Samuel Youngs' fence in Wolf Pit Hollow, and on the east by Rattle Snake Swamp.
