Sale of right of commonage in the Great Swamp [Division], adjoining several home lots in East Hampton Township, N.Y., by William Barnes, cordwainer, to Seth Parsons, yeoman, April 3, 1746. 6 1/2 acre right of commonage, sold for 1 pound and 5 shillings, bounded on the north by Isaac Hedges and on the south by Seth Parsons; witnessed by Nathan Dayton and John Davis. On reverse side, Parsons sells same to Nathaniel Huntting, clerk; witnessed by Mary Gardiner and Matthew Mulford.
