Sale of salt meadow and upland parcel, called Long Marsh, adjoining "Four Score Acres," so called, at a place called ___ Southold Township, N.Y., from the estate of James Brown, farmer, deceased, by the executors of his estate, Rhoda Brown and Christopher Brown [to pay debt to John Franks], to David Webb; June 24, 1801. 1 1/2 acre parcel bounded on the east by land of Thomas Youngs; witnessed by Jenny Smith and [illegible] Brown.
