This deed was copied in 1670 by Thomas Talmage or Tallmage. It records an agreement reached between English settlers Robert Bond, John Mulford, John Hand, Lion Gardiner, Thomas Baker, and Thomas James with the family of Montaukett Sachem Wyandanch, whose widow and son Wyancombone are named in this deed. Lands in Montauk are described in relation to Napeague and "the two seas." No name is given for Wyandanch's widow, she is referred to by her title.
